what better to spend the LONG WEEKEND other than with random encounters with family... free coffees in chatswood (ala big bro ivan-- world's best barista!)... a visit to my favourite (and only) nephew! He's SOOO cute! and an arvo of watching kath & kim on DVD (got a good deal from bankstown dse powerhouse-- im such a nerd!).... i also bought the austinpowers 'goldmember' cd for $8bucks. Its the BEST CD ever! its got BEYONCE!!! and my favourite.. 'its a hard knock life... ' with dr. evil... HILARIOUS!
...and i have finally replaced that Pro Hart (seriously) masterpiece that Sal-lee's dad had given her (sally moved away in August!! oh! so long ago...) now... the mantel had been filled temporarily with a crap abstract i painted... and i used only to fill in the gap (its too embarassing to even post how i butchered it)... so... here is my new artwork courtesy of Sal-lee's suggestion to post it up on the blog.
